- CJChris JohnsonOct 20, 20251.0Shouldn’t even be one star!!!!! Terrible experience … I am a Best Buy total member.. they do not respond back to calls I left 3 voicemails…. And do not have a direct line to geek squad in Panama with people electronics which is crazy!!!! And a service that was 40 dollars quickly turned to 250 to change a motherboard because cooperate all of sudden changed the policies over the weekend lol why am I even a total member I feel that was said because they didn’t want to do their job I got my PC the next day and will not ever go back again and wouldn’t advise no one to take their electronics there!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!
