    Had an awesome experience here. I came in with an issue with a phone upgrade that ATT refused to fix and the management specifically Ryan really went above and beyond to help me out. The staff was super friendly too, real young cool bunch and they made everything easy. Appreciate the great service!

    Went to purchase a laptop. Doug was extremely polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. I gave him my price range and desired use he provided a few options with clear explanations as to the benefits and limitations of them and was happy to answer all my questions. I was in and out quickly fantastic experience.

    It's my "go to" for electronics in town. Years ago it had a much larger inventory in stock, however, you can speak with employees who can usually answer your questions and tell you exactly what to buy or order. At big box stores, you don't have the expertise that you do at Best Buy and their inventory is even more limited. Best buy is my-go to.

    I highly recommend you do not order any appliances that require delivery or installation. My wife and I purchased a refrigerator, washer, and dryer in mid September and were told it would be a week wait for delivery and installation. We were not in desperate need so we agreed. Confirmed the delivery date 5 days before scheduled delivery and on the morning of delivery I got an email saying I needed to schedule delivery. I called and spoke with customer service who apologized and rescheduled delivery for the following week. Once again I confirmed several times and checked status at 6:30 on the morning of expected delivery. Status showed delivery was scheduled for between 8 and 12. For the second time we emptied out the old refrigerator and put everything in coolers. Received a message at 7:30 saying that we needed to schedule delivery. Two strikes. This morning the delivery was scheduled for between 9am and 1pm. Got a status confirmation. Cleared out the fridge and pathway for delivery and removal of appliances. Received a message at 0800 saying that I needed to schedule delivery. Oh hell no! Called the Best Buy customer support number and informed them that I wanted a full refund (over 3k). Was initially told that it was not possible to receive a refund and I needed to reschedule FOR THE FOURTH TIME! My normally calm and polite temperament went out the window. I let the representative know that I would be issued a refund one way or another. After a 20 minute wait on hold I was told that I would receive a refund and I have received confirmation of the refund. Best Buy might be ok for purchasing in stock items to carry out with you but I will absolutely never order another large appliance from them. I was not offered any compensation at all for the 3 separate days that I had to clear my calendar and load all my perishables into coolers and clear out pathways for the deliveries that never happened.
