Store experience was great and staff was very helpful and friendly... How ever I got a business card from the counter because the stereo salesman wasn't in which the person helping me said it would be better to call and speak with him so I did just that but when I called.. I'm guessing a mgr answered my call and that's when it all too a wrong turn and I won't detail the conversation but if I'm selling products and some wants to talk to the person who's the expert then that means there interested in buying a product then by all means let them talk ... policy don't make money especially from me!!! simple things gets overly addressed and u loose a sell not mad but my time is very limited if I took the time to research and respond back then a simple thing to do is to open that door... All that friendly ness and no results thanks for waisting my time I'm sure best buy is not missing my 1500

So i called asking about something for my computer and they gave me a price of $140. When I went in to the store I was then told a different price. I asked for a manager and was greeted by a manager;a short stocky woman. Didn't have a name tag and was completely rude,I asked her why i was quoted a different price and she acted like she couldn't be bothered. I also found out that my favorite worker was fired. He was the only one who even bothered to help me with anything. Was always up front ready to work and help. Took the time to inform me of everything wrong with my electronics and gave me a bunch of options. I can promise I am never coming back. Especially since Jordan isn't there anymore

Yes the store managers are letting there employees buy product before releasing it to the public. There systems get product and when you go into the store they lie about why they don’t have it. My family has gone into the Best Buy for mint straight to get Pokemon cards and when we ge there they don’t have any and claim that the computer is incorrect. They put product out Friday night after close and somehow it disappears every Saturday before the customers get chance to get it. It happens every Saturday. They are wasting peoples time who wait in line just to be told lies.

Best Buy Corporate Team, I am writing to share a recent experience that left me disappointed and confused. I have been purchasing from Best Buy since starting my company ICU Security in 1999. I have a long standing Best Buy business account and a valid tax resale certificate on file. Over the years, I have provided this certificate in person, left copies at stores, and more recently was told it could be entered into the system and looked up when purchasing resale items. On Sunday, while in Florida, I drove an hour and a half to the nearest Panama City Best Buy to purchase a specific laptop for a customer that needed it by Monday or Tuesday. I knew exactly what I needed and was ready to complete the purchase within minutes. The laptop was rung up, but the tax could not be removed. The associate could see my business account but could not explain why the resale tax exemption could not be applied. Management offered no solution other than telling me to buy the laptop with tax, keep the receipt, and return later to address the tax issue. That solution would have required another three hour round trip drive, and there was no clarity on whether I would need to bring my tax form again. Because of that, I chose not to complete the purchase and instead attempted to buy the same laptop online the following day. I was then told the sale had ended and the price had increased by $200. I explained the situation in detail. A supervisor confirmed that if I had completed the purchase and returned the next day, the deal would have been honored. Since the transaction did not go through due to the tax issue, the price Sunday price would not be honored. That outcome lacked common sense. A long term business customer was ready to purchase, prevented from doing so by an internal process issue, and then penalized for not completing a transaction that should have been simple. I ultimately asked to be removed from the business account tied to my tax ID because this experience made it clear that my business is not valued in the way I expected. I am not writing this to be vindictive. I am sharing it because this situation should never have escalated the way it did. In hindsight, I should have paid the $45 in tax and avoided all of this, but that does not excuse the breakdown in process or decision making. At a minimum, the sale should have been honored, or a reasonable accommodation such as a gift card for the inconvenience and travel should have been offered. I hope this feedback helps prevent a similar experience for other business customers. Ryan Reid

This location is usually my go to, however today's experience was less than stellar. I ordered online and upon order completion the website advised that I could pick up today (6 days later) between 10a and 8p. I live an hour away so I left home before the store opened. I understand that I would get a text advising when my order was ready but I assumed it would update when the store opened. I get to the store a little after opening and my product is not there yet. Ok, I waited around a little while. Then I was advised my the first rep that it may be there Friday. I asked if the product could be delivered to my home and she advised she would get a manager. Bishop identified himself as a manager and said once I was notified via text the product was in store to simply call the store and ask for him, he would have it delivered at no additional cost. The product was supposed to be on the delivery the previous day but that delivery did not arrive. (I assume this is due to weather which is totally out of their control and I understand.) Satisfied, I left. My product came in a little later. I attempted to call the store and the rep I connected with said that stores have not answered direct calls since 2017 😂 and I could go back to the store anytime between now and the 1st to get my product. I explained that Bishop offered home delivery so that rep transferred me to another who allegedly could schedule the delivery but he stated this was a store matter. Well, I tried to call the store and now I'm talking to you, sir. He advised that he can place a callback in to the store and I would be called within two hours. I still haven't received the call. I did make the trip for a second time today and the staff there were efficient and helpful. That's why I'm giving it two stars because those gentleman redeemed Bishop's BS just a smidge.
