Worst experience ever. I purchased a Bamboo p1s combo 3d printer that was sold by best buy not marketplace on dec 30 for $549. Payment went through. Next day at 8:15am i got an email that my order was canceled. I talked with chat a person named Reese and asked why, the said they were out of stock but the could help me place a new order because they are back in stock. I asked how could that be, it's been 30 min since it was canceled. I asked what if I place the new order and it gets canceled again, I was assured that would not happen. They texted my a link to my new order all i have to do is pay again even though I have not been refunded for the first one. I decided before I continue I wanted to talk to a real person. On the app I was connected to a woman, told here what was going on, she said to not pay for the order because the item is not in stock and it would be canceled again. This is just a ridiculous way to do business. Now I have to wait for my refund In order to buy elsewhere. And if the sale ends i guess in just out of luck

Purchased a 85” tv on a sale with my best buy card and setup a delivery date. I’ve taken a day off work to be available for delivery and someone in office decided to cancel my delivery and not notify me about it. When I called to find out what was going on with the delivery, they said warehouse issues. Wanted to reschedule again and I was not willing to take another day off of work for this. I asked if they could change order from delivery to store pick up as it is in stock. I offered to pick up at my local store “Panama City fl” and customer service said that wasn’t possible. I’ve spent thousands in the past 3 months at this store and feel it was a mistake coming back to best buy again. Have had issues in the past but figured I’d try again. I was wrong.

Third party marketplace items. Do better Best Buy they are ruining your stores. I ordered and item on Dec 9th. Was supposed to be here 15th for a Christmas gift. Got an email would no longer be here until Dec 29th, I no longer need since it will be past Christmas. Best Buy cannot do anything since it’s a third party seller. Will be canceling card as well as no longer shopping at Best Buy if they cannot even take care of items they sell. Do better Best Buy
