Bought on 2/24/26 tried to return on 3/25/26. Was told that I only had a 15 day grace period and could not return it. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at best buy in the past and I now consider this to be my last purchase. I would not endorse Best Buy to anyone. The cashier was extremely pleasant, but policy prevented her from refunding me. Another dissatisfied customer it would appear!!!
