I walked in with a cell phone problem and a young man named Cameron (very friendly and professional) was able to reset my phone, to include reinstalling an app I must have accidentally deleted, which apparently removed my on-screen keyboard option. It would have taken me forever to figure this out, if I could have solved it at all. Thank you to Cameron for efficient, free help with a phone that I'm glad I bought from them, even though my purchase was several years ago. When I need a new phone, I'll be back.
