No matter what I did, it wouldn’t go through. Called the Customer Service number, and the AI helper, was no help at all. It even got surly with me at one point, when I asked for a representative, telling me Goodbye and hanging up! Which brings to why I visited this Verizon store yesterday. Upon arriving, I was directed to Reese Mears, and I explained the situation I was in. He said, no problem, we’ll take care of you, and boy, did he! For the next hour, not only did Reese activate our new phones, he patiently moved all files, contacts, texts, etc., from our old phones to the new ones. He made sure that everything was working as it should, before letting me go. Mind you, I did not buy our phones from this store, yet his exceptional Customer Support was impeccable! We are enjoying our new phones, and we owe it all to Reese. Can’t say enough about his supportive attitude, caring and professional demeanor. It’s a Specialist like him, that keeps us with Verizon. Happy Holidays, Reese, and keep up the outstanding work!
