    On 11.10.25, I called ahead to confirm that I would have enough time to complete an early upgrade before the store closed at 7:00 PM. I arrived around 6:00 PM and was assisted by an employee named Chaley. From the start of the interaction, her attitude was dismissive and rude. Despite my clear statements that I already have the Unlimited Ultimate plan, she repeatedly pressured me to add unnecessary bundles and promotions. When I politely declined, she condescendingly asked, “So you’re telling me you don’t use YouTube?” I then asked a question about backing up my phone, and she responded with, “You seem not tech savvy.” Additionally, when I inquired about sitting in the store to transfer my data, she told me that I could not remain there during the process, even if the store wasn’t closed yet. When I asked how I would be able to turn in my old phone if I couldn’t stay, she replied, “I’m not sure.” To make matters worse, when I requested a billing summary, she printed one that included multiple add-ons (such as Hulu, Disney+, and other upgrades) that I had explicitly declined. She then pushed me to add Verizon Home Internet, asking how much I pay for my current service—an inappropriate and invasive question. Finally, after I had been in the store for about 30 minutes, she abruptly told me that it was “too late” to process the upgrade, despite the store not yet being closed. I left the store without assistance, feeling disrespected and disappointed by the entire experience. I had also driven 40 minutes due to this store being only of the only in Tampa with the silver iphone 17 pro max in stock. Hence, why I called This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially from a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction. I would appreciate it if this incident could be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Please confirm that this complaint has been received and advise what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

    Attention Verizon customers, this store is giving false information out to individuals that are trading a cell phones in. The only thing that Verizon is covering is shipping you MUST bring your phone already packed or the ups store can sell you a box, which you have to pay for out of pocket. I have encountered this more then once. Please be aware of this misinformation. I have tried to contact this store by phone to tell them the correct process and they simply do not answer the phones.

    I've had an issue with my iPhone dropping calls and losing service randomly for over 6 months and have been to multiple locations trying to get the issued fixed. Everyone previously had just reset the network settings. After explaining the issue Devin suggested multiple other ideas to fix it. Evenly we ordered a new phone and then he spent several hours helping me transfer everything over and getting it all set up. It has now been a week and I have not had any issues with the new phone. I had the best service I have ever had at a Verizon and would recommend everyone to come in and ask for Devin. He is kind, caring, and takes the time to actually find long term solutions to the problem instead of a quick fix.

    My husband and I came here last month to buy his phone and I just popped in the other day to buy a new iPhone. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is very nice and clear with explaining the differences between the new models. It was an easy and efficient experience both visits.
