We moved over from AT&T because they were pretty much robbing us and it’s been amazing working with such a knowledgeable and patient person like her who knows what she’s doing. 100% recommended!!!

We dealt with “Terry” who literally conned us into getting phones that were completely out of our price point, and lied about upgrading our plans. I spent 5 hours with my toddler at this location, all for him to pretty much lie to me the entire time of what my expenses will be overall. I paid over 500 dollars just to have to come out of pocket almost $300 plus dollars that I was NOT informed of- I asked multiple times if I would be financially responsible for anything other than the $50 activation fee and was told no. Extremely disgusting to take advantage of people, and to openly admit that his previously workplace he did something similar.
