- JLJoe Lafferty4 days ago5.0We needed a new phone quickly, my father in-laws older phone took a nose dive, just prior to flying down. We arrived at the store shortly before closing, the associate working that day, was fantastic he was patient and accommodating, he helped us deal with my FILs dead phone to transfer data, and helped us through the entire process even though we came in so late. He did not rush us or seem annoyed that he had to stay a bit late. Great experience, and great job by this employee. Unfortunately I do forget his name. But that is our fault not his.
