My husband and I were at the Palm Beach Gardens, FloridaVerizon store, located at 2602 PGA Boulevard. April was the Verizon representative that assisted us. She was very pleasant, Informative, Helpful, and offered recommendations on upgrades. April is a definite asset to your organization!!

April was a rockstar today on getting my situation fixed. being a corporate account that usually has to get serviced by another department she stepped right in there to try to figure this out, even though it was a weekend Would’ve still been without service if it wasn’t for her. Also spoke to Jeff her manager, who is very helpful as well Thank you

An employee..big guy...looks Hawaiian?...was rude and was making about jokes About me with a customer while I was a few feet away...said my phone could not be fixed so I had to get another one...brought my old phone to best buy to see if he could transfer stuff into my new phone..he went to the back and walked out 10 seconds later..my old phone was now working...too late since I already had the new phone..I was asking for help (same event) because the Verizon person on the phone (re replacement) was asking me a question didn't know the answer to and big Hawaiian/Samoan tells me everyone was with a customer
.I pointed at a blonde woman employee and said "she's not" and he yelled "SHES MANAGING!!". this place is a nightmare!!!!!!!!!
