Very rude. And refused to check my account for billing errors. And told me I didn’t know what I was taking about. Horrible. Called Verizon and got it straightened out. The store employees are just dumb.

My 72-year-old mom spent hours today trying to get her new Apple Watch connected, and the only person who truly cared enough to help her was William Morris. He called tech support, talked to corporate, and even went with her from the Verizon store to the Apple store trying to help her resolve the problem. He treated her with kindness and patience the entire time.
And how was he thanked? Hismanager fired him for spending “too much time” helping her. That is absolutely disgraceful. This is what’s wrong with customer service today—managers obsessed with sales instead of people. If anyone knows how to reach William Morris, I’d like hire him.

DO NOT GO!!!! Horrible employees only one nice guy he looks like he’s mixed. the guy that helped me was extremely rude. Told me i was wasting his time and he couldn’t help me by answering the questions i had.. even though that’s his job. Switching out of Verizon by the end of the year because of the horrible experiences I had with every single store. And them raising my prices all the time when I’m under a contract and a so called price lock agreement.
