  I went into the Palm Beach Gardens location to ask if somebody could come out and show me how to connect my new phone to my car stereo that I had bought there and that I had had installed there at Best Buy and Geek Squad in the past. They told me nobody was allowed to leave the store and that I had to go drive 10 Miles to the other store so somebody could answer the question for me because they had an install bay there. I walked out and finally figured out how to do it myself. If I'm going to pay thousands of dollars to have a professional stereo installed and somebody can't walk outside and take a look and give me an answer then I will never go back. Totally unacceptable

  Terrible customer service. I went last week and was completely ignored by a young girl who was clearly avoiding me and did not want to be interrupted. Finally a man came out and said he was the repair man and could not take the computer. He said I needed an appointment. I made the appointment for the next day at 4 pm. When arrived , no one was available for 10 minutes, then I was told that there were 2 people ahead of me and that I would have to wait. probably 1/2 hour or so. Is my time more important than theirs? Why make an appointment if youj can't take care of your clients? Understaffed, unprofessional and rude. Hire more people or lose your business!!! customer service has gone down the drain

  Un knowledgeable and just in a rush to transfer you to someone else . Would recommend you ask your dog for electronic advice before you call them .
