    I went into the Palm Beach Gardens location to ask if somebody could come out and show me how to connect my new phone to my car stereo that I had bought there and that I had had installed there at Best Buy and Geek Squad in the past. They told me nobody was allowed to leave the store and that I had to go drive 10 Miles to the other store so somebody could answer the question for me because they had an install bay there. I walked out and finally figured out how to do it myself. If I'm going to pay thousands of dollars to have a professional stereo installed and somebody can't walk outside and take a look and give me an answer then I will never go back. Totally unacceptable

    Store #688 - Mario Perez and David Leibeck (Manager) - Wowwwww. If it was not for them, I would never have resolved the quandry I had in purchasing the new IPAD I bought for my father. I own a Real Estate Estate business. David, Manager, went above and beyond to resolve and figure out my inquiries. David was patient, informative, smart, just nice, a gentleman, and respectful, beyond belief. He was welcoming of my questions. Between Manager, David, and Customer Service desk Rep., Mario - fabulous. Best Buy should be proud to have an Employee, whose smart, and, informative - just plain sincere. David is thoughtful, obviously. Mario pointed me to the right Manager. Thank you so much to the Best Buy Executives and, Management, for being so mindful of your hiring.     Extremely disappointed in Best Buy. Bought a sonos soundbar and subwoofer and a Sony tv and have had connection issues from day one. Called sonos three different times and last time sonos tells me that there is a connection problem with sonos and my model tv. I call Best Buy since I have a protection plan and 90 day warranty and explained the situation. They tell me that I have to go into the store in order for someone to come out and replace the sonos soundbar. What?!?! This should be able to be taken care of via phone or email. I should not have to go into the store for this. Will return my sonos and Sony and buy from Amazon next time for same price and cheaper protection plan that I can use via phone or email. Very disappointed. Lost a customer.
