    Purchased a tv on 11/16/25 for install from Best Buy. They made 3 different dates with me to install and never showed up for any of them. The service line is useless because they never could help with problem. Completely useless. Then they tried telling me they completed the install. Never did. Finally I had to go back to the store where I purchased the tv in November to get help. Told them I’d pick up tv and do install myself. We picked up tv on January 5, and installed with a friend. After 3 missed dates, probably about 10 calls to their service center do you think I’d get a call back or an email apologizing. Not a chance. Beware if you buy anything from Best Buy and have schedule them to deliver or install, YOU’ll HAVE TERRIBLE PROBLEMS. Never again will I buy from best buy

    Best Buy owner of PBG store- I would like to talk to you about my horrendous story of a refrigerator purchase I made 1 1/2 years ago. I could spend an hour posting about my terrible experience but was hoping to contact you directly as your store manager could care less about a customer's experience. The short part of the story is that I was given a credit on the refrigerator because Best Buy was unable to fix it. The manager who gave me the credit mentioned I would get a credit on my Best Buy Credit card. The refrigerator was picked up 6 weeks ago and although I have a copy of the credit, it was never reflected on my credit card. I was on the phone over an hour with Best Buy customer service, and eventually after that person could not help me, I asked to talk to a manager in customer service. The manager was very nice and promised me they would call me back yesterday after discussing my issue with your store manager I never got the call, and I went to your store at 7 pm yesterday to discuss my issue directly with your store. Your manager on duty yesterday could not have been more apathetic and she told me I had to call customer service. I called customer service from your store, and I was on hold a half hour only to be told by customer service they couldn't help me, and your store manager told me to then ask for the manager of customer service. After waiting another 20 minutes on hold, the customer service manager informed me he couldn't help me either, so I was then transferred to primary care. While I was still talking to this new person, your manager told me I had to leave the store because she was closing it. I told her I wasn't leaving till this issue was resolved. She then called the police, and 5 policemen came to talk to me. The police men were actually very sympathetic to my complaint, and couldn't believe I have a copy of the credit, but I actually couldn't get a refund. I would think you should be interested in the whole story so please let me know how to convey it to you

    as a total plus customer they have added 3rd party sellers which are amazon drop shippers and if you accidentally order from them you will be scammed and Best Buy will do nothing. truly following the path of circuit city. and as someone that spends about 2-4k per month I will have to move to another retailer or just get it directly from amazon as they actually stand behind what they sell. as a matter of fact I will be selling all my Best Buy stock as this is such a bad look I'm sure that will go to zero in a few.

    Ordered a whirlpool fridge day before thanksgiving. In store clerk Kaia made it quick and easy. Fridge delivered Monday. Delivery drivers were curt with my wife because she wasn't fast enough to turn off water and prepare house for delivery. After tasks completed, driver pulled fridge down and unpacked a damaged fridge. Pics and video below, How the hell do you damage the inside frame of the freezer door? Driver says he should take fridge back to warehouse. Can't start return or compensate until fridge scanned back into warehouse. Wait 10 hrs. Get email to schedule redelivery. Call Best Buy customer support. Tech answered phone and listened to request for compensation. 10 % at a minimum due to ice buying and cooler storage, Tech placed my wife on hold. Returned and told my wife that it's not part of Best Buys policy to offer compensation for failed delivery. She then asked my wife if she wanted cancel the order, SO WE DID. Kaia my sales rep said she would work on it, but she had off today. End result, Best Buy refused to acknowledge their failure, refused to compensate for failing to deliver at the agreed time, and we jumped ship. I like supporting Best Buy. The old ways are disappearing. But if this is how it's going to be. I'll be moving on my merry way.
