  I had Apple for a while i bought the newest and highest end iphone and the newest and highest end watch. Needless to say it wasnt cheap. My watch wasnt even 6 months old when I got a bad update and it stopped working. Apple didnt send a replacement watch. They made me send it in. It took them over a week to send a refurbished replacement. I always thought If I buy a quality product I will get quality trearment I was wrong. I traded it all in and now I dont have Apple at all. Its wrong to treat customers like that. No more Apple for me and zi dont miss it.

  Apple needs to hire more techs since they KNOW they are selling phones that do not work properly. Or manufacturer & test the phones prior to selling. Ridiculous I have an appointment and have to wait. I have to wait and comeback for parts. My daughter had the same problem. They have security to prevent people from saying the truth. Treat your market better.

  Horrible. Lost phone and they said couldn't help me unless I verified who I was by having them send verification to the verify phone I lost.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Apple Support regarding my iPhone 17 Pro, which is less than two months old and already experiencing issues. Instead of receiving proper help under the warranty, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from support advisors. One advisor even called me “stupid,” which was shocking and completely unprofessional. I followed every troubleshooting step they asked for and provided screenshots and proof of the issue. At one point they even asked me to repeatedly take photos and send updates, which felt like they were wasting my time rather than resolving the problem. Despite the device being well within the warranty period, Apple refused to properly honor the warranty by repairing or replacing the phone. As someone who has purchased many Apple products over the years—and even as a shareholder—this level of customer service was extremely disappointing. Apple products are expensive because people expect quality and strong customer support. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards. Unless Apple resolves this issue, I will seriously reconsider purchasing Apple products in the future.

  Terrible customer service. 2 days in a row I had to deal with this store. I have every Apple product you can imagine and seriously want to get rid of it all at this point so I don’t have to deal with them again.
