I had a pretty disappointing experience at the Apple Store. I had an appointment scheduled, but ended up waiting over an hour without a single employee acknowledging me or providing any kind of update. It was frustrating to sit there unsure of what was going on, especially with a confirmed appointment time. A simple check-in or communication would have made a huge difference. Overall, the lack of organization and customer service made the experience feel like a waste of time. I really expected better. Plus, I had to go to T-Mobile the next day to get my phone actually fixed. They made it worse.

Apple The Gardens Mall wasted hours of my time, changed the quoted repair price, canceled my original work order against my request, and still did not repair my phone. I came in because my iPhone battery health was below 80% and I had active AppleCare+. Instead of simply handling the issue properly, the store created a completely unnecessary mess. On March 29, after making me wait about 1.5 hours, manager Corey wrote up my original work authorization showing an amount due of $29. The notes already referenced the cracks on the enclosure / antenna bands, so this was not some new issue they discovered later. I was then told the part would be ready, and Corey told me I could come back without an appointment and that the repair would take about 90 minutes. So I returned on March 31, more than two hours before closing, expecting them to honor what I had already been told. Instead, it took them over an hour just to speak with me. While I was waiting, I overheard employees discussing that they had apparently misplaced my repair part. Then, after all of that, they told me they would not complete the repair that day and that I would have to come back yet again with four hours of lead time. Even worse, they then canceled my original work order against my request and told me that if I still wanted the repair, I would have to sign a new work authorization for $99 instead of $29. Their explanation was that although the original notes already mentioned the antenna/enclosure damage, they were now treating that as accidental damage that had to be repaired before the battery could be replaced, which they used to justify the higher charge. That is exactly the problem: they had all of that information from the start, quoted me one price, wasted hours of my time, and then changed the terms after I came back. In total, Apple wasted roughly 6 hours of my life across two visits, failed to complete the repair, failed to honor the original quote, and forced me into a more expensive re-authorization after canceling the first one. Completely unacceptable service and shockingly poor communication for an Apple Store.

Been to this store multiple times. Made reservation online. Always quick and polite fast service to handle my Apple product needs. Today had Ashley (B/F). She was pleasant and helpful. Thanks to her and keep up the great job.

I had Apple for a while i bought the newest and highest end iphone and the newest and highest end watch. Needless to say it wasnt cheap. My watch wasnt even 6 months old when I got a bad update and it stopped working. Apple didnt send a replacement watch. They made me send it in. It took them over a week to send a refurbished replacement. I always thought If I buy a quality product I will get quality trearment I was wrong. I traded it all in and now I dont have Apple at all. Its wrong to treat customers like that. No more Apple for me and zi dont miss it.
