What really frustrates me is this: over the phone, customer service can remove my name from the account and add someone else with just two security questions. Yet when I show up face-to-face in a Cricket store, the reps claim they can't do anything without the account holder physically present with an ID. How does that make sense? The system is backwards.

My boys got everything they needed and this store will be getting all my business because of her. Highly recommend going to cricket to anyone. Ask for Adriene she's the best
