When the other phones were transferred the other two were not transferred. I have attempted and attempted for the last two months to get this situation resolved and all I get is hung up on or yall ask me to call the business representative for you and still yet what was supposed to be done from the beginning not done.. And I’ve been to the store and can’t do nothing but yet the person who did all the transfers acted as I wasn’t in the store. I have done nothing but pay on the account and be stuck with two accounts to pay on but yet I wouldn’t have to if Verizon did their job right. Y’all say don’t call 1800 number but yet come inside the store y’all say y’all can’t do it either your problem is you can you just don’t won’t to take the time to do your dam job.. Money talks but new young people buying but you can’t even deal with your customers you have now or signal for that matter..
