While getting help from 2 of the employees, they asked my name and number, as usual. When I gave them my name, Damion (the store employee) got real big eyes and exclaimed, "I know you, I KNOW YOU... You're Michael Price, the one that left a really bad review for the watch issue you had. Yeah, I remember that review!" Not only was that extremely unprofessional to call out a customer for having a bad experience with YOUR STORE, but also being loud enough that all the other customers and employees could hear, almost to shame me. Alright Damion, you win. I will stay out of your store. If this is how we get treated, I will make my way somewhere else. I have been with Verizon for nearly a decade, and never had this many issues with any of the other stores I have dealt with.
