Went in to get flea meds. They locked my account over some billing would not let me pay. Refused to sell me anything because account is locked. Told them my dog was suffering and I couldn't get it anywhere else. They do not care about dogs only money even when money is not the issue I would have paid whatever they wanted. It's Friday they said come back Monday. Boo thumbs down.

VCA Ormond has seen every one of my animals over the past 15+ years. All of the employees who have worked there over all these years have always been extremely kind and understanding. All of the veterinarians that have worked there have always treated my fur babies like their own. I had to have one of my cats put down a couple of weeks ago and he had been there previously for Tests Two or three years ago and I remember the doctor said that they couldn’t rule out cancer At the time But I was optimistic, but then a few months ago, my baby Toonces Who was 15 years old Started having trouble breathing and it just progressively got worse. So a couple weeks ago I called V C A Ormond And I explained my situation and I said that he was having trouble breathing and Ale heard him on the phone and told me to go ahead and bring a man that day and I asked if I could have one more night with him to love on him and she said if he’s breathing like that, I need to go ahead and bring him in. I explain that I did not have the money to have him put down, but I just I could not see him suffer. So I took him in that day and I couldn’t stop crying, but everyone was so compassionate and I believe it was Dr. Nelson who performed the procedure and she was extremely compassionate, just like the rest of the staff. They even sent me a sympathy card and they all wrote something very sweet and signed it and sent me his paw prints which I’m going to frame. I am forever grateful for the staff and the doctor for helping me and my fur baby on one of the worst days of my life. I guess that’s why I continue going back to VCA Ormond because everyone is so wonderful. And I thank them all very much. I trust them very much with all of my animals and so did my mom. I would definitely recommend them for anything that you need for your little baby or if you’re like me all of your little babies.. I would give them more than five stars if I could. You’re definitely in good hands with this place that’s for sure. I am also posting some pictures of my little baby Toonces. There will absolutely never be another cat as loving as compassionate as he was. He absolutely had unconditional love for me and I’m so lucky I had that for 15 years. Also, I do wanna add in that their prices are pretty fair compared to some places. Just an FYI.
