I went in trying to switch to Verizon from T-Mobile and it wasn’t working. I thought for sure they were going to say - sorry we can’t help - not our issue- but Jeremy and Matt were patient and so friendly. This particular store (kirkman) is full of knowledgeable and effective representatives who also know how to provide customer service.

Unfortunately, I am experiencing serious recurring issues with Verizon in the MetroWest area regarding incorrect charges on my account.
Verizon charged me an amount that does not exist on my actual usage or contract. When I attempted to pay my bill, I was unable to pay the correct amount, as the system only allowed me to pay the incorrect higher balance.
Because of this error, my services were suspended, and I was forced to pay an amount higher than what I truly owe just to have my services restored. This situation caused me financial loss, interruption of essential services, and significant inconvenience.
