- BKBob KrammerDec 29, 20251.0I'm not talking about this particular store I'm talking about Verizon online experiences, we have a phone that was issued by Verizon it was a prepaid we used it for the appropriate amount of time it's only 60 days of usage and they are supposed to automatically unlock them but of course this does not happen you have to wait and wait and wait you have to call and then they tell you well it's unlocked and it's not it only works for one phone call and goes back to the Verizon network. We also have a visible phone plan and that's all we're wanting to do is unlock the phone so we can put visible on it. We could easily go out and just buy another visible compatible phone but we like this phone and we've had it for a while and Verizon cannot seem to get it unlocked how come I will give you a zero star for online service I tell you that

Even when the representatives on the phone were unprofessional and disconnected the call, Angel remained calm, courteous, and determined to find a solution. He immediately called again and continued to advocate for me until everything was resolved. Despite the frustrating experience with customer support, Angel’s positive attitude and persistence completely turned my day around. His commitment to making sure I achieved exactly what I came for is something rare to find these days. He demonstrated excellent product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy—qualities that truly define outstanding customer service.
