From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and genuine kindness. The team member who assisted me, Angel, went above and beyond to help resolve my issue and made sure I left completely satisfied. What truly stood out was Angel’s patience and dedication. We spent over two hours on the phone with Verizon’s customer support team trying to fix a complicated account problem. Even when the representatives on the phone were unprofessional and disconnected the call, Angel remained calm, courteous, and determined to find a solution. He immediately called again and continued to advocate for me until everything was resolved. Despite the frustrating experience with customer support, Angel’s positive attitude and persistence completely turned my day around. His commitment to making sure I achieved exactly what I came for is something rare to find these days. He demonstrated excellent product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy—qualities that truly define outstanding customer service. Thanks to Angel’s help, all my concerns were addressed, and I left the store feeling confident and satisfied. Verizon should be proud to have such a dedicated employee representing their brand. With his knowledge alone there was more progress with my issue compared to the 5 months leading up to this fateful moment. His personality, attention to detail, genuine demeanor and solutions forward approach made me feel valued and cared for. In this one visit (less than 20 mins) so much was resolved that otherwise had taken me hours of looping, 1-2 hour long calls with reps on the phone & in person, etc- I’ll spare my plight in order to elevate this sales rep. He just got it done. If you want to be respected and heard and have someone flow with you through the process of settling disputes or what have you- Angel, as I’m sure the rest of the people working at this location, pass the vibe check.
