I will try to avoid this store. Only the black skinny guy over there help me better than the woman. I went there to find out if I need a charger or to replace the laptop ( notebook) they both didn’t say anything about they sell the type of charger that the my laptop needs instead they refer me to go to Lake Nona authorize dealer to replace or return the laptop. I ask for the address in Lake Nona and the woman says “ you can look it up on Google “ then I realize how upset this laptop buying experience I had since on the phone or in person Verizon is the worst cellphone company in the USA. I will switch to Metro PCS.
