From the moment we walked in, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we got exactly what we needed done (and then some). He explained everything clearly, handled every detail flawlessly, and made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. You can tell Yousif truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work that level of service is rare these days. Verizon is lucky to have him. Honestly, management should use Yusuf as the gold standard for customer service. Because of him, we’re leaving not just satisfied, but genuinely impressed.
