Called CORPORATE and they said they did not have the right to DENY a customer to RETURN a phone! Went to VERIZON Millenia and they helped me with no problems! Please don’t waste your time at this HORRIBLE location.

They directed me to call customer service, mail in returns (even though the system had the return) and refused to contact directly customer service for guidance. Adrian who claimed to be the store manager was unhelpful in the process to return an upgrade phone. Once I contacted customer service, I had to return to the store to complete a process that should had been resolved in 1 visit. This was the 3rd attempt, completely unacceptable for a corporation as old as Verizon The necessity of the store in Lake Nona is unneeded. They are not helpful and if you can get service from another company do so.
