It's sad to see how these cell phone carriers are so focused on who provides the fastest 5g network and how many customers they can trick into a 36 month commitment. I remember when quality customer service was the priority not driving metrics.

We had lots of questions and talked about a myriad of scenarios, and he was not only patient, but very knowledgeable about each one and able to tell us what pricing for each scenario would be – all while having a great attitude and personality. Whatever he’s making, I think he deserves a raise! 😁😁😁
- BCboujique collectionsNov 23, 20251.0I usually do business with cellular sales because of their will to always help but I was in the area and needed a matter resolved on my account I was very displeased with the service I received at this location I was greeted by NICOLE I explained my situation and she immediately told me she could not help she asked her assistant manager ADRIAN for help and told me that their escalation department was closed when I asked if a manager was on shift ADRIAN told me that they don’t have one I asked Nicole to at-least call in to customer service to try to help get my matter resolved she did not want to. I left the store with no answers no help and left feeling like they did not want to help due to them being close to closing. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Called CORPORATE and they said they did not have the right to DENY a customer to RETURN a phone! Went to VERIZON Millenia and they helped me with no problems! Please don’t waste your time at this HORRIBLE location.
