The visit to the store didn’t take too long, and I was able to upgrade without trade-in as well. I also appreciated the light chat that was exchanged while we waited for my new phone to load up all my apps and everything. 😊🐸

They do not answer the phone. I was in another Verizon store and they tried calling a separate number and had no luck as well. After driving 35 minutes to the store I found a full compliment of employees with no customers. Perhaps Verizon should check to see if their phones are actually working.
