When I arrived I was gaslighted by the female agent. “Just turn it on and you’re good to go”. I’ve been in a chat with an agent for over an hour who is struggling to understand that this was an upgraded line on a cellular watch. Between the outages and other issues I struggle to watch to continue to send Verizon my money every month.
