  I want to give special recognition to a team member at this Total Wireless location who has provided exceptional service on two separate occasions. She went above and beyond to resolve my issues, dedicating significant time and effort to ensure everything was handled properly. What impressed me most was her ability to multitask effectively—she managed to assist other customers while remaining focused on my complex technical problems. My situations were unusual and challenging, requiring extra attention that went well beyond standard customer service. She remained patient, professional, and committed to finding solutions. Her dedication and work ethic set her apart from typical support experiences. She clearly takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The entire support team should be commended, but her outstanding service deserves special recognition. I highly recommend this location and am grateful for the extraordinary level of care I received.
