I went in with a battery problem and they told me I needed to install updates so I said okay... I waited there for 2 hours for these updates to load, the man who was helping me said if I turned off my computer while it was updating there was a 50/50 chance it wouldn't work again so I couldn't leave. The man who was helping me left, didn't say anything to me and I did not see him the rest of my time there. another geek squad employee came over and unplugged my computer after I already waited 2 hours so the updates stopped. I waited 2 hours for my computer to be the exact same as when I entered. I am not happy and would not recommend this geek squad to anyone.
