I had an appointment, another person was seen before me. The repair department did not read the instructions, so now my computer is somewhere in never never land being repaired because it had to be sent off due to no one reading.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Pointless service. Took my laptop because it was not working to see if they can diagnose an issue with it. She plugs in the charger and tries to turn it on and tells me it is not working…. I KNOW ITS NOT WORKING. THAT WHY I BROUGHT IT. Continues to tell me to get a new laptop. Lol. I wasted an hour of my day. Please don’t waste your time coming here.
