- CSCarlissia SmithJun 19, 20201.0Lizet helped me so much she was quick and friendly just what I needed Update : literally the worst service ever. They added extras to my plan without my knowledge then turned off my phone and tried to force me to pay to get my phone back on when I paid the bill a week in advance. When I switched they said the phone isn’t working because they had a tower down since June. Then I got a new phone with them & that one doesn’t work. Don’t bother calling the call center they just hang up in your face, the managers. Nobody helps with anything nobody knows anything. Just save your time and money and energy because you’ll use a lot of it trying to get anyone to actually do their job.
