Couldn't continue. Sometime later went to OBT store, couldn't have been happier. Everything went smoothly and no issues.
- RRR0BSep 9, 20251.0Came here at 5pm on 9/9/25. Asked for help setting up my account and pin and was told to call 611. Asked for help to lower my bill and change my plan and was told to call 611. Two employees in the store that would rather you call 611 rather than put their phone down and help you. I went to the Cricket on Sand Lake Rd across from The Florida Mall and got help instantly. Avoid this particular Cricket.
