I passed at least 4 employees that are well practiced at looking the other way in case you had a question. 2 just standing around talking and they looked away as I approached, 1 walking away, 1 walking towards me but looked away as he passed me. The only guy who I asked a question answered and said he wished he could help but he didn't work there. He was a samsung rep. Do I care that they are maybe short-staffed, or whatever? Why should I? That stuff rolls from the management down, not on the customer. I didn't come in with an attitude, I came into hopefully to buy something I needed. Never again again Shame.
