Matt working at the geek squad gave us the best customer service! He was very patient, helpful beyond what was required or expected, all with a good personality and sense of humor. Our phone issue was resolved and we will be back should we ever need help again.

My laser printer broke. I went to Best buy. They had a very limited selection of printers. They were not on sale. I bought a Brother because of its good reputation. If I had the time, I could have saved money by purchasing on Amazon.

Should start by saying that I’ve been shopping here for nearly 20 years since I was in middle school and I drive down from Volusia county, where I now live, even passing other Best Buy stores to go to this one... I Went to this store on 12/27/25 for a battery replacement on my iPhone 15 Pro by the Geek Squad. After three hours without any word from them once I dropped it off, I returned and was brought my iPhone WITHOUT A NEW BATTERY. When I asked why, I was told that “the screws on my device were stripped”. This was absolutely appalling to hear because of the fact that my iPhone has NEVER RECEIVED WORK OR BEEN TAMPERED WITH BEFORE. The young lady behind the counter at geek squad did not offer answers or really care about the situation it seemed. My conclusion is that BEST BUY WATERFORD either did not want to do the work or they damaged my iPhone. Due to this - I can no longer trust this location as my preferred store. Avoid having work done on your devices here at all cost. Don’t waste your time and feel disrespected like I did.

Terrible la atencion del manager de tienda llamado Henry,tiene mala actitud para las personas, fue grosero con nosotros cuando solo estabamos preguntando acerca de una scooter para nuestro hijo lo tuvimos que sguir por toda la tienda y su respuesta fue estoy ocupado y no feliz con su respuesta se regreso a decirnos y no se cuanto me voy a demorar. Eso no es servicio al cliente. Afortunadamente tienen empleados como Janet de la section de Geek Squad quien amablemente nos ayudo buscando un nuevo manager y explicando lo que necesitabamos saber. Ella deberia ser la manager en lugar de henry. The service from the store manager, Henry, was terrible. He has a bad attitude towards customers and was rude to us when we were simply asking about a scooter for our son. We had to follow him all over the store, and his response was, "I'm busy." Not happy with his response, we asked again, and he replied, "I don't know how long it will take." That's not customer service. Fortunately, they have employees like Janet from the Geek Squad section, who kindly helped us by finding another manager and explaining what we needed to know. She should be the manager instead of Henry.

Probably the worst customer experience I’ve had ever.
Lack of communication, lack of follow up, they call once and don’t leave a voicemail. If you missed their call, they won’t call you again. I went into the store yesterday (Tuesday) after they had my laptop for OVER A WEEK.
Granted, they did call me, but unfortunately I missed their call. They left NO voicemail. I was originally told by Noah when I dropped my laptop off, it would take them 2-3 days to fix my computer AND they would give me a status update the next day. I did not get a status update at all!
When I walked in yesterday, I thought my laptop was going to be finished, but nope it wasn’t. Nor could they give me a real issue as to what’s going wrong with my laptop. I was told I need to buy an external ssd at full price so they can back up my data AFTER WAITING A WEEK for my laptop to be done. I still don’t have my laptop. I tried calling multiple times and I can’t get through to the store. I’m only routed to the call center. The call center is no help. I spoke to a gentleman named Jose and he said he couldn’t transfer me to a manager to help me with my issue. I asked for his last name and he didn’t want to give it to me.
I’m extremely upset with this lack of service by Best Buy. To top it all off, I have Best Buy’s total tech membership and I’ve been treated horrible and I feel neglected.
If i didn’t have the membership, I definitely wouldn’t go to this Best Buy. I strongly caution anyone that’s thinking about coming to this location to get any of their electronics worked on.
