    This will be my last time going to Best Buy. Scheduled a 12:20 PM geek squad appointment showed up on time and they told me to come back in 20 minutes. Once they finally did see me it took 30 minutes for them to figure out if they had the needed part in stock, and if the technician had time to do it today. After all of that, the manager, who had terrible personal hygiene, came over to tell me that they would not fix my phone in store despite my AppleCare coverage because “it would cost the store too much money“

    I am extremely disappointed with the recent installation experience at my home. The installation team was unprofessional, disrespectful, and made my wife feel unsafe while I was not home. That alone is completely unacceptable. When I tried speaking with one of the installers over the phone, he repeatedly interrupted me and dismissed my concerns, stating he had “been doing this for 20 years.” He then confronted my wife with, “Do you know what I do? No, you don’t,” which was inappropriate, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. No customer should ever feel unsafe or disrespected in their own home—especially by a company they trusted to provide a professional service. Given this experience, I expect some form of compensation or resolution from Best Buy. If this is not addressed promptly, I will be returning the TV and all accompanying accessories.

    Purchased Airpod Pro Max for my wife yesterday and I had applied a $10 promotional credit I received via email. My wife wanted a different color and went to exchange it while in the store right after I picked up online order. I was reminded why I have avoided this place for the last 7 years. Service still is horrible with no regard to customer satisfaction. It was an even exhchange unopened color purple for color blue however, I was told the $10 promotional credit could not be applied on the exchange and I would have to pay the $10.65. I get it I'm paying $500+ for headphones what's another $10.65 but its about the principle the manager/supervisor/lead said they can't do anything about it and they didn't even try. I walked out with the original color as I have vowed never to step foot in or buy anything ever again from any Best Buy. You can do better in customer satisfaction.

    I purchased a washer and dryer here and after 3 months the dryer had a damaged part. After three trips out and nearly a month without a dryer, the tech told us that this is a known issue with this model but that it would not be replaced unless they had to come out for repairs more than 3 times. I spent hours on the phone with customer service and was told by a supervisor we would be compensated for the time we were without the dryer, but to call after the repair was completed. Fast forward to that point and now I’m told that there is no way for that to be done. Terrible customer service and I’m told we’ll be stuck with a faulty product until we jump through the hoops of having it fixed multiple more times.

    Very Bad Experience – Terrible Customer Service Yesterday (11.08.25), we went to the store to replace the screen protector on my phone. We pay for the Total Membership at Best Buy, which includes free screen protector replacements whenever they break. At the store, the woman at the Customer Service / Pickup counter told us we needed to bring the broken glass protector in order to get a replacement. That’s completely unreasonable because the protector is made of glass — it shattered into dust when it broke. I explained that it happened while I was traveling in Europe and, obviously, I couldn’t save the glass dust to bring it back to the U.S. I had the proof of purchase, which is the only requirement stated for warranty replacement, but they still refused to honor it. I asked to speak with a supervisor — a big, bald man who seemed to be of Puerto Rican descent — and he was extremely rude and arrogant. He said he didn’t care about our situation and told us we had to buy a new protector. He treated us disrespectfully and spoke down to us — two women and a small child — while we remained polite the entire time. It was a very disappointing and humiliating experience. I do not recommend this store at all. Employees like that supervisor should not be working in customer service.
