So we asked the sale person for the cost of delivery, setup the new unit and taking away the broken ones and we were told that they have to provide all my personal information like phone number email and house address in order to get that information wich I think was not necessary but according to him no way around.... so we went somewhere else and expend our money at a place with better service.

- MFMike FrithNov 10, 20251.0I've been coming to this store for close to 30-years, but the last few trips there, including just yesterday on 11/9/25, have me questioning their customer service or lack thereof. I went there to buy a stove and not one person helped. Some guy was stocking shelves, so not sure if he was a Best Buy employee, but he didn't even lift his head up in my direction (7-feet away) for over 20-minutes. After asking some woman in appliances, I waited another 15-minutes without even an acknowledgement. I could have been flipping around on the carpet and I'm sure the employees would just walk around me. I went home and placed my order with Home Depot. It was worth the extra $20. I would have paid $200 more to not have to deal with employees who can't look up and say, "Can I help you?" I will never go back.

They answered, "the warehouse is behind those doors." It's in the Store!! Lol FYI if you want to hear car audio stuff, the things are never plugged in or configured Must come and see!!

En abril 2025, compre varios equipos en esta tienda estando de paseo en Orlando, y hace una semanas atrás uno de los equipos presentó falla de fabrica. El fabricante esta dispuesto a cambiar el equipo y me ha pedido el recibo de compra. Llevo dos semanas solicitando me compartan el recibo de mi compra y no pueden hacerme llegar el documento por ningún medio. No vivo en Usa ni soy residente así que deberían enviarme el documento por email pero no logran enviarlo. Que lastima que un procedimiento tan sencillo como este sea tan complejo. Hasta no tener una solución a este problema, mi calificación será de una estrella.
