  Muy buenos precios, lastima que el celular que buscaba todavia no esta autorizado a venderse sino hasta dentro de 11 dias y ya me voy la mayoria de los precios te vuelan la cabeza

  Not enough cashier's! And the nice young man who got me what I needed suggested that I go over to appliances to check out. Great for me and my back, can't do a lot of standing anyways! But Ms. Jackie was standing right there, asked me what I needed so I told her that I just need to pay for these 2 items! But she was too busy and told me that "She was trying to sell a Big ticket item"! Those lines at Best buy are way to long. Y'all need to have more cash registers open especially when you see a LONG LINE! I'm sorry but if that line goes past your walk way to wait in line then you definitely have a problem! I'll never go back All because of Ms Jackie

  If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. My experience with Best Buy since January 30 has been nothing short of an absolute circus of incompetence. I purchased an OLED TV and a soundbar, and that’s where the "service" ended. Here is the breakdown of the headache they put me through: • The Soundbar Runaround: I was told the soundbar would be ready for pickup in one hour. Two days later, after countless calls to reps who had no clue where my order was, I physically went to the store. The "Online Pickup" rep told me it was on backorder and they had no idea if they’d ever get it. Only after demanding a manager did they "discover" the item was sitting in the store the whole time. Apparently, a "system issue" is their go-to excuse for not doing their jobs. • The TV Delivery Disaster: I was pressured into shipping the TV because OLEDs "need to be transported safely." Since then, I have received three separate calls to reschedule the delivery. After the third delay, I gave up and told them I would just pick it up myself. • The Current Status: It has been four days since I was charged. I am currently standing here a day after I was supposed to pick it up, and nobody knows where my order is. The biggest issue: There is a total disconnect between their corporate customer service line and the actual store. One hand has no idea what the other is doing, and the customer is the one who pays the price. Save yourself the massive headache and the wasted hours on hold. Do not buy from Best Buy. Go to Amazon or literally anywhere else where the employees actually know how to locate a box in a warehouse. Never again.

  I bought a dash cam and a rear camera and the scheduling appt was not correct for the unit I bought and the installer gave me such a massive attitude and was super rude towards me after the manager came in to fix the problem. I would not recommend this location due to how rude the installer is towards women and I would go to mall of millennia for anything Best Buy related instead.
