  Orden y limpieza. Ciertos productos tienen precio competitivo, es cuestión de buscar. La línea Samsung es casi similar que en LATAM, los precios se ajustan en linea rápidamente. Recordar que los precios no incluyen impuestos que son 6.5%, osea, al precio web multiplica por 1.065 para saber el precio final.

  No one from entry to my doing around was polite or helpful at all. I even tried to stop one employee to ask for help but she looked at me and kept right on walking. However, I gave a 4 because the guy at customer service was polite and helpful even without the smile. He greeted me, helped me and wished me a good day. Thank you kind sir that didn’t have a name tag on. 😊

  I’ve visited this location a few times for car audio work, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently felt off. On my first visit several years ago, my stereo installation wasn’t completed before closing time, and I had to schedule a second appointment at the Kissimmee store to finish the job. My second visit was for a warranty repair, and it was an ordeal just to get minimal service done. At one point, the installer asked if everything in my car worked, including whether the windows went up and down, which left me confused about why that would even be a concern, on my vehicle which is in immaculate condition. While this location may be convenient for some, I highly recommend getting service at the Kissimmee or East Colonial store instead. The installers there have been much friendlier and more professional in my experience.

  I’ve always liked shopping at Best Buy. The store is spacious, well-organized, and packed with everything a tech nerd could want. It’s genuinely fun to walk around and explore the selection. I was seriously considering buying the most expensive compact camera they had in stock — a beautiful Sony model priced at $1,600. I was in full “thinking mode,” weighing features, imagining future shots, mentally justifying the expense… you know, the sacred pre-purchase ritual. The salesperson in the department was friendly, and I absolutely appreciate a polite “Hi, I’m here if you need help.” That’s perfect. But the repeated hovering and pushing unfortunately took the experience from exciting to pressured. I actually ended up walking away from a purchase I had been ready to make. Great store, great selection — just remember that sometimes customers need a little space to think before committing to something that costs as much as a small vacation. A bit less pressure, and it would have been a guaranteed sale.

  2nd Review Worst Best Buy store I’ve ever been to (terrible). They have the worst managers, worst employees. I came over to the store since I couldn’t get anybody over the phone placed the order online. They couldn’t even find my order and also the guy didn’t spoken in English. after searching and searching, they finally found it and I left. I waited a long time in line with only one person in front of me because nobody could communicate with Best Buy employee because they didn’t speak English. Good job Best Buy. 1st review Can no longer talk to a person. It’s all AI stupid phone service. Nothing ever seems to get better with these big companies it only gets worse. They really do not care about customer service at all.
