  You have to look for or wait so long for someone to help you. If you try to ask for information, no way, some guys will say "you have to look for someone over there". Prices are ok but no promotions or any discount or clearance.

  You can’t even find a spot in their parking lot at the Millenia location because you have all those Mercedes from the car dealership next door using them. On top of it one of their employee that was coming to park her Mercedes from the next door dealership had very bad attitude because I was going slow in the parking lot. So she passed me like a crazy person and give me side eyes after. How can Best Buy allow that, it’s unacceptable

  Tammy Rep answered us all our many questions when we were shopping around for both a personal and a business computer. We came back looking for her, after we finished our research but apparently she was already left for the day. A professional yet friendly mid age knowledgeable lady with a long beautiful hair that reminded me the singer Daniela Romo. I expect that she got Damian Calderon commission for the 15 inches Mac laptop, starlight color.

  There’s a manager at this location and his name is Brian Santos and he does not follow the Best Buy policies and rules furthermore, in my opinion, questioning his abilities to be able to call himself a manager, he refused to do a price match, even though the product SKU number and price were all valid, and the product was shipped and sold by Amazon. He also refused to offer me a resolution by finding another manager, claiming he was the manager with the most authority on site higher-ups definitely need to review this manager as his failure to comply with Best Buy policies and procedures is unacceptable

  I had a truly excellent experience with Best Buy, and it really reinforced my trust in the brand. I had purchased an item earlier and unfortunately lost my invoice. Shortly after, the same product went on sale with a significant discount. Despite this, Vinny S. went above and beyond by helping me retrieve a duplicate copy of my invoice, which then allowed him to successfully process the price match. He took the time, showed genuine care, and handled the situation with professionalism and patience. Thanks to his support and Best Buy’s customer-first approach, I was able to receive the price match without any hassle. This experience showed me that Best Buy values trust and customer loyalty more than just making a sale. That level of service is rare, and it’s the reason I’ll continue shopping at Best Buy with confidence. Thank you, Vinny, and thank you Best Buy for setting a great example of outstanding customer service.
