- DDDeb1 day ago1.0Best buy is the most deceitful corporation!! They cancel a protection plan without the consent of the customer. They lie saying they send emails they never bother to send. They admit it’s their mistake, tell you they will send an email within 48-72 hours to answer for reinstatement to then retract on their words! I will never buy anything from this vendor again! To think I was a loyal customer for more than 20 years and this is the way they treat customers? Liers, Liers, Liers!!! Steer away from this store! They don’t have anything other stores don’t have!

I went and found the one I was ready to purchase, but the new employee had trouble finding it and the other employee took way too long to help him. After they finally got the box down, the staff almost seemed like they didn’t want me to look at the box? Then we finally get to check out and of course I get hit with the onslaught of updates, office, protection plans, Best Buy membership… Absolutely horrible experience, another nail in the coffin for brick and mortar stores, buy online instead!

- KSKeith SNov 11, 20255.0I'm quite surprised but it seems like Best Buy figured out how to outlast everyone else and still compete on price. I hadn't been in years until recently because I just buy most stuff on Amazon. But I needed something quick and went to Best Buy and was surprised at how nicely laid out the stores still are (they seem very fresh) and even more surprised that the prices are competitive with online. I've purchased several things over the last couple months and they beat or had the same prices I could find online. Nice surprise. I'll keep going whenever I need something and not be worried it'll cost more. Also, much better service than online if you have questions.
