    Conseguí el último de los iPhones a pesar de indicar que no había en stock en la página web (pero esta se refresca cada hora) y se dio la casualidad de que estaba disponible en el Apple Milenia de Orlando. Como toda tienda de Apple los productos “se venden solos”.

    I bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max for my wife, but the GPS doesn't work. We went to the store and were helped by an employee who reset all the settings, but it still didn't work. We went back to the store, and they told us to call Apple. We called Apple, and they told us to go to the store again. We went to the store, and they didn't solve the problem. They asked us to contact Apple Care and pay $99 for an exchange. However, I'm not going to pay $99 for a defect that neither I nor anyone else caused; the defect came with the phone from the start. They were extremely rude and said they couldn't do anything for me. I've been using Apple for over 10 years, and I've never been treated so badly. I'm just requesting an exchange for a new phone, since it's under warranty and was purchased 6 weeks ago. Apple is disappointing those who have never switched to another brand.

You can feel the excitement of new technology everywhere — the latest devices, the clean design, and that signature Apple energy. Despite the crowds, the experience is smooth thanks to a large and attentive team. The staff are friendly, patient, and always ready to help you find exactly what you need. Great service, great atmosphere, and always something new to explore. Five stars! 🍏✨

    Poor service I had at the Apple Store Millenia Mall Orlando after i walk in meet with one of the sales take my phone pull all the accessory from my old phone then they give me the value $0 for my phone and i cant use nothing again screen protector and my phone case , all that with out tell me or ask me that we need to move the accessory , ask for the manager he said nothing we can do that's all , i have been with apply for more then 15 year i have never had this experience .

    El celular de mi esposo Apple 16 pro Max después de 4 meses exactos de comprado, dejó de funcionar. Como primera instancia fuimos a Verizon quienes son los proveedores del servicio de telefonía pensando que ellos nos darían una respuesta, pero como el celular tenía solo 4 meses de haberse adquirido, nos enviaron a la tienda más cercana de Apple. Entrando a la tienda de Apple nos dan 15 min de espera, sin problema esperamos y muy amablemente apareció un representante y nos atendió. Dado que mi esposo no recordaba el password del Apple ID ( estaba en las notas del teléfono) nos indicaron que debíamos esperar 24 horas para hacer el reset del password. Cabe mencionar que estábamos a la espera de una llamada importante de negocios y una cita médica. Mi esposo posee una empresa, donde recibe llamadas de sus clientes a diario. Y la mayoría de llamadas son EMERGENCIAS ‼️ NINGUNO de los 3-4 representantes que se acercaron dieron alguna opción más técnica para la solución del problema. Llamamos a soporte técnico de Apple y mientras intentábamos recuperar la contraseña de Yahoo, el representante cortó la llamada. Son un desastre en customer service, esta tienda específicamente se interesa por vender, no por brindarle una experiencia única a cada cliente. Nos queda claro que Apple no es la mejor opción y sus representantes tampoco tienen la capacitación adecuada para brindar soluciones inmediatas a sus clientes. ❌De ninguna forma recomiendo la tienda Apple en Milenial Mall, Florida! ❌
