We are currently experiencing so much issues because they have the part and then they don’t have the part. We are on vacation!! Apple has small fine print for each paper you sign , just be smart when u buy a smart phone.

I’ve now been moved into the back of a queue and have since been waiting for 20+ minutes. What’s the purpose of having an appointment if you can lose it so easily? Especially considering that all I see are employees behind their desk typing (texting) furiously on their phones. Very underwhelming customer service. This is after walking in last night at 8pm and being told that since they closed at 9, I couldn’t even have my device looked at for advice or left it over night to be serviced the next day. Instead, I’d had to travel to and from again today to simply having the gracious chance at service. Very disappointed.
