- AAAvia1 day ago1.0I could not be any more disappointed in Apple and in the store in particular. We had an issue with one of my kids phone, which accidentally broke. We purchased the phone through Apple, and it was the biggest hassle that we could ever have. On top of that we picked up the phone at this particular store. The agent online told us they would help us set up the phone and it could not be further from the truth we were given the phone rushed out told how simple it would be to set it up ourselves three hours into this and calls online back-and-forth to get that phone set up how infuriating can this be. Yes, I know that everybody is in a rush to go home, but that was truly unfair. The phone cost is a pretty penny the least they could do was assist I left them us.

The store was packed when I visited, and they barely let me look at the devices, they kept pressuring me to hurry up and make a purchase. When I finally decided which model I wanted, I told the attendant, and he informed me that they didn’t have it in the color I wanted, only in another color. Then he added, “If you want it, it’s this one. If not, that’s fine! Feel free to leave, there are plenty of others who want it.” I left the store. It was absolutely outrageous.
