  Staff is always prompt upon arrival, several employees throughout the years have answered and helped me with my questions and inquiry. Even during an emergency, they were able to assist quickly and understood.

  I tried to return an SD external drive but was told the return period was 15 days, not the 30 days I was told at the time of purchase. Their customer service policies are confusing, their personnel assured me I had 30 days. Impossible to reach the store by phone. I’m done with Best Buy.

  My day leaving this store wasn't just good, it was EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD, through the assistance of Adonis ( he actually made my day and I've been elated through the whole night ) i found a monitor that met my requirements without breaking my bank! He went above and beyond his duties to assist me, while others in the store tried giving me one word responses and a lackadaisical attitude, he stepped up when I needed help and boy I found the right one, please best buy, acknowledge his willingness to spend extra time with customers to ensure they have a good experience, as he truly bared with me for around 30-45 mins of very specific and tedious tasks, he's a real one to both the company and the customers.

  If I could leave zero I would, I went into Best Buy To buy a system for my car, no one even came out to greet me. I stood there aimlessly walking around, even asked for help and no one ever came. What is the purpose of Best Buy I can do this online they suck.

  Pretty average experience, honestly. They won’t fix anything older and instead try to steer you toward buying something new you probably don’t need. That part was frustrating. If you’re dealing with an older device, just be aware—you might not get the help you’re expecting. You’re honestly better off going to a local repair shop instead.
