The employees there were into talking to each other more than helping the customers. Some were on their devices more than wanting to help someone who was trying to find something for their devices. It also looks like you cannot be a certain type of person to get assistance from anyone that works there. A gentleman in all black and wearing a du-rag was in the store for about 35-45 minutes, and was not approached by one person. He probably had money. But he was not approached or spoken to. I left when he left.

Update: my husband returned to the store the following day to speak to the manager while there wasn’t as much chaos. The manager looked at the photos and heard him out. The manager apologized many times, shook my husband’s hand and asked him to please come back again for the next product drop. He indicated that they are working on a plan to better manage these high demand product drops. ———————————————- Original (1-star): The store manager allowed his friends to cut to the front of the line to get Pokemon stock. My husband showed up to the store more than an hour before opening. There were four empty (“ghost”) chairs that people place in front of the store to try and say they’re holding the line. But no physical bodies. My husband took photos for proof that he was the only one there. One person arrived and tried to say they were in the front. Then his wife and kids showed up later and wanted to cut the front. An employee of the store came out and said he wasn’t getting involved. It wasn’t a big fight or anything my husband was just not giving up his spot in line. then, just before store opening, the manager came out and told my husband he knows those guys they’re his regulars and to go to the very back of the line not even just behind the ghost chairs. He also allowed the wife and children to cut the line. My husband tried to calmly explain and show photos, but the manager didn’t want to hear about it. This kind of behavior is ruining the hobby for everyone. Best Buy needs to start cracking down On this shady behavior - especially from their managers.

I went into Best Buy today hoping to get help from Geek Squad with a serious BIOS issue on my PC, and honestly, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I explained that after trying to enable TPM 2.0 in the BIOS, my screens stopped displaying anything at all — no signal, no boot screen, nothing. This is clearly not a simple issue, and I came in expecting at least some level of troubleshooting or guidance. Instead, I felt like my problem was brushed off. The staff member that helped me didn’t seem interested in digging into what could be wrong or offering any meaningful solutions. I was basically told there wasn’t much they could do and that it’s a gpu/power supply problem without even attempting to properly diagnose the issue. For a service that’s supposed to specialize in tech support, I expected a lot more effort and expertise. It was especially frustrating because BIOS-related problems can be complex, and not everyone has the tools or knowledge to fix them at home. That’s exactly why I came to Geek Squad in the first place. Walking out without any real help or direction was a huge letdown. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend relying on Geek Squad for more technical PC issues based on this experience. It felt like a waste of time when I really needed help i definitely won’t be back at this location for anything tech related.

Sales lady was very nice she imform us her department was computers and phone but help us pick out a dash camera. She said there 3 guys that work this department and she couldn't find them. Then when she did see them she approached them and they was goofing around and did not help her. I decided to purchase a $500.00 dash cam and I ask how much for installation She called a supervisor and her was very short and rude. My vehicle was already pre wire for accessories power. The supervisor didnt even know it. He also was flipping and bouncing the only $500 camera on the counter in ask him if he wouldn't do that his remark was its still in its packaging. Just rude I just felt sorry for the young lady. I had enough and said you know what you can keep the camera. All of this happen in front of my son so the whole time I kept my composure then just had enough. When we was walking out my son said to me that guy was rude we can get a dash camera someplace else.

I almost never leave negative reviews, but my experience with Best Buy at Millenia bv was absolutely terrible. After purchasing from this store, I had to pay $100 to hire a private delivery service to pick up my order. Due to an error made by the store, the delivery driver ended up waiting for hours while the issue was supposedly being resolved. In total, I lost about seven hours dealing with this situation and still had to return the next day. What made the situation even worse was the response from the store manager. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to help fix the problem, the only response I received was: “That’s not my problem. I have nothing to do with it. The only thing I can do is refund the purchase or you wait for the reimbursement.” This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. When a business makes a mistake, the least customers expect is accountability and a willingness to help resolve the problem. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I wasted time, money, and energy because of a mistake made by the store, and the lack of professionalism from management made the experience even worse. I would strongly recommend that future customers think twice before doing business here.
