    Fuimos hoy para comprar el iPhone 17, no hay colores, ni la capacidad de memoria de lo que buscamos. No tienen información de cuando tendrán variedad. Somos clientes de Apple hace mucho tiempo, nunca nos había pasado. Increíble. El personal amable

    Very poor customer service. I visited this store on March 31, 2026, around 7 PM, and my experience with the attendant named Daniel was unacceptable. I went in with the intention of purchasing an iPhone Pro Max 17. He asked me to wait, which was fine at first. However, instead of assisting customers, he walked around the store without any clear purpose. After several minutes, he suddenly decided to organize a line for customers who wanted to make a purchase. Despite the fact that I had already been waiting, he told me I needed to get in line. On top of that, he asked my friends to leave the area where they were waiting for me, claiming he needed to use the space. The entire situation was disorganized, dismissive, and disrespectful. This is not the level of service I expect from an Apple Store. I left without making the purchase.

    My experience with this Apple Store was absolutely terrible. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience here, but this situation finally pushed me to write a review. On 03/06 I placed an order at this store with the help of the employees. I always assumed that Apple Store staff were there to assist customers. However, in reality it seems like their main activity is simply walking around the store while providing little to no actual help. As a result, I never received my device because the order was sent back for an unclear reason. When I came to the store to figure out what happened, an employee told me that it was supposedly my fault because I “wasn’t home all day waiting for the delivery.” That explanation sounds completely absurd. Previously, my iPhone 15 was delivered right to my door without any issues, and nobody sent it back just because I wasn’t home at the moment of delivery. When I asked if I could simply place the order again and pick it up directly in the store, I was told that it was not possible. So if a person works and cannot stay at home all day waiting for a package, they basically have no way of receiving their order? What makes this even worse is that no one warned me about these conditions in advance and no alternative delivery or pickup options were offered. Considering the reputation of Apple, this level of service is shocking. Instead of helping resolve the situation, the staff showed no interest in assisting and simply shifted the blame onto the customer. After this experience, I have completely lost the desire to deal with this store again.

    By far the worst Apple Store I had an appointment and arrived 5 min before my appointment time I sat in the back counter area and waited over 15 min before I had to pull someone aside and say hello I have an appointment after being checked in it took 40 min for me to pull another person to the side and the worker a honey blonde girl with part down middle tied back with a Bobbi pin on left side glasses could not even provide any reassurance just told me it’s busy on Saturday’s and maybe I can come during the week I found all of the representatives to be very dismissive not acknowledging me as a waiting customer it made me really think that having insurance through Apple versus your phone carrier is so over rated especially if you live in a larger city like I do here in Orlando

    On March 3rd my wife came to this apple to fix her phone that just completely shut off on her an iphone 16 by the way , a phone that was barely a year old because it just randomly turned off and wouldn’t turn back on, we brought it to this apple store and because it was 2 months out of the factory warranty, we had to pay almost $600 to get it repaired, mind you the phone had absolutely NO damage what’s so ever , it just turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. They couldn’t run a diagnostic to figure out what was wrong with it because it just wouldn’t turn on so the replaced her phone with another iPhone 16. Now on March 14th, exactly 11 days later the new phone they gave her has the exact same issue, it turned off and it just wouldn’t turn back on so we yet again came to this apple so they can help figure it out. Of course they let us know that there is nothing they can again do, so the only “solution” is to send the phone to an apple repair shop so they can figure it out, and give us a loaner iPhone 14 in the meantime phone until the phone is fixed and comes back - without a case or any sort of screen protection, they tell us if we want a case or any protection for the phone we would need to buy one because they don’t offer a courtesy case for the phone and also tell us that if anything unfortunate were to happen to the phone in terms of any damage, we are held responsible for it and would have to pay for the damages on the LOANER phone. Honestly very unfortunate that this is the kind of approach Apple takes with its customers specially in a situation where the user had no fault of the phone failing in absolutely anyway, you would think that for such a massive company they would take a more Customer-Centric approach, super unfortunate that this is just not the case at least for this apple store……
