    Si se pudiera poner 0 estresllas las pondriamos. Con mi primo llegamos para hacer el reemplazo de su IPhone roto por uno nuevo (El tiene Apple Care). Nos hicieron el cambio y nos tiene todavia (desde la 01:00 pm) el señor que nos atendio para el traspaso de datos todo de muy mala manera y mal educado. La unica con buena atencion fue la muchacha del Genius bar que es la unica que continua con voluntad de ayudar. La verdad que si Steve Jobs viviera, y ve como atienden y dan servicios de su marca, se vuelve a morir de la angustia

    They sold me a macbook pro that apparently has a known bug which doesn't allow internet access. However, you can't set up a macbook pro without internet access. Phone tech scheduled an appointment for me to take it back to the store the same day for them to help. At the store, they told me they did not have time to help me... but there is additional equipment that they sale which I would need to get to the internet to set up the computer. Why pay for apple care if you have to fix a brand new computer yourself? They also said that if I can get it to work, not to put any files on the computer because it could happen again until the come out with a fix for the bug sometime in the future. What?!? Definitely would not ever go to that store...ever. Definitely not buying a mac again.

    First I came to check on the new M5 MacBook, the store clerk could not answer me about its benefits compared M3 and just showed me official website data - don’t you suppose to know how to explain the new product to customers? The next day I decided to trade-in, the short latino guy was serving me and he had a hard understanding of what I was telling him, that makes conversations difficult. Then we needed to check why my old MacBook had a hard time to be factory reset, bringing it to the tech person who could not figure out why it was behaving like that, which made me solving the problem myself instead - may I ask if you are short of tech specialists? I could fill in

    Today, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. This is the first—and only—time I have come here to get something on my phone repaired; nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I had booked an appointment, but from the very first moment, the customer service and reception sucked, honestly. The person that “helped” me was extremely rude, disrespectful, and ill-mannered. if this would been my first time shopping at the store, I would have walked out immediately because of the service.

    Where to begin…..first I get there 30 minutes early, the guy says “oh your way to early” come back at your appointment time”. No problem. I do. In front of me is another lady checking in with same guy. I overheard him say oh your way to early let me see if I can get you in any earlier….and he did. In front of me! Whatever! I got over that. So I wait for another 15 minutes past my appointment. The guy comes over asks me what’s going on I tell him my messages were deleted in January after an update and after newest update it won’t let me open the msg app at all. Everything else works great. He hooks it up to something and said oh it a damaged board. You have to get a new phone. So I bought new phone and am trying to set it up. Guess what! MSG does not open on new phone either. THIS tells me it was not my hardware but my software and this guy probably just didn’t know what he was doing or didn’t have the time to figure it out. But now I have two broken phones to deal with. Thanks Apple! Great job! NOT!
