We were able to upgrade all is our devices and we all got tablets for a comparable rate. Mary provided the best customer service I've had anywhere in a very long time! She is an absolute rock star. She was patient, knowledgeable, and when she didn't know she made it a point to find out. I really couldn't ask for better. If you're in this part of town, stop by on Tuesdays and Thursdays and ask for Mary.

In a world where we use our phones for work and normal day to day. This is unacceptable. Had at&t for years now issues. I would recommend switching providers. 20$ credit when I've lost thousands in work. Verizon is a joke.
