He walked me through everything I need to know to open my business account with him/Verizon. He is an amazing person and I will recommend anyone to go see him because he knows job. If Angel said that he got you he's telling the truth. He will make sure you are taking care of before you leave Verizon. Angel needs a raise.

Even though he wasn't able to access my account on his own, he called customer service and was able to navigate through their system where I couldn't on my own.
