Even though he wasn't able to access my account on his own, he called customer service and was able to navigate through their system where I couldn't on my own. To Verizon I obtained service with the pay off your phone promotion this was . It is now August 21, 2025. I have yet to have my phones through AT&T paid off in the negligence of your company AT&T has put my payment of my phones into collections because they have yet to be paid off by Verizon I have submitted all the documentation that I was supposed to submit as well as Verizon. That’s located on Orange Park Florida on Wells Rd., Jacksonville, FL. The managers have submitted the documentations numerous times I have called numerous times. They have called numerous times and have not gotten any success they keep telling us 6 to 8 weeks the 6 to 8 weeks go by and still nothing then after that, they keep telling us it’s gonna be there Monday. Mondays have come and gone and still have not received the gift card to pay off our phones damage has been done to my credit from AT&T and I am furious and I need answers because this is affecting my credit. Also while this is going on I’m also paying for the new phones we have received and I pay my bill faithfully every month with your company and I need some resolution for this ignorance if if I do not receive reasonable time response I will seek legal matters in reference to breach of contract
