And one of the guys was being rude to an older lady, just kept saying I already told you everything. And walked away. Went to help us. We had an EMAIL from VERIZON to take our phone there since we got an upgrade. Took barely a second to look at the phone, then said they dont do that there.... WHY would VERIZON send me there then?. Called customer service and they said he probably was Lazy or didnt know what he was doing. Dont go here.

Guy was a light skin with a jersey shore hair cut and attitude no name tag. Didn’t even wanna look into the account just said he didn’t have the phone we wanted . I am a very easy person to please but when you don’t wanna do your job I won’t do business. I am a customer service manager and if he was my employee he’d be gone. We asked if he could call the town center as we just drove from Macclenny to this store cause it’s a corporate store. He said no and we don’t hold phones. Like how is that customer service. This store has been a dump for years and unfortunately only getting worse. After my daughter’s phone is outta contract we will be taking our business elsewhere. Corporate employees get paid hourly and commission and there attitudes at this store suck.

But the staff was being inadated with people coming in the store asking the same question. Every Rep was cool and calm and engaging. I liked this Corporate Store and wish I had gotten my cell from them. Lots and lots of staff and they know their cell phones!

He walked me through everything I need to know to open my business account with him/Verizon. He is an amazing person and I will recommend anyone to go see him because he knows job. If Angel said that he got you he's telling the truth. He will make sure you are taking care of before you leave Verizon. Angel needs a raise.
