Big shoutout to Alex as well for stepping in to support and make sure everything was done quickly, especially when my phone representative experience earlier wasn’t going so great. Together, they made my visit smooth and stress-free. Verizon is lucky to have them both!

He even stayed late to ensure the phones transferred over correctly. A few weeks later we traded the old phones in to Aaron where he found a hiccup in the account and jumped immediately into action of fixing it. I could not reccomend these two gentlemen enough! Please see Muk and Aaron when going to this store.
