After leaving Xfinity due to excessive and predatory billing practices totaling $170 per month, I sought a more ethical and transparent service provider. What I experienced exceeded all expectations. Tommy, the store manager, and the owner dedicated seven uninterrupted hours to resolving my phone transfer—navigating repeated obstacles imposed by my former provider. Their professionalism, patience, technical knowledge, and determination were exemplary. As a result of their efforts, my monthly costs were reduced to $30 for mobile service and $35 for Wi-Fi, restoring financial fairness and peace of mind. In an industry often marked by indifference and corporate overreach, this Total Wireless location stands out as a model of ethical business practices and genuine customer advocacy.
