Screaming, tantrum, the whole show. A Wendy’s cheeseburger was deployed as a peace offering, which helped… briefly. Through all of this, Dimitri somehow kept his cool, expedited everything, and got me in and out with a brand-new phone in record time. Absolute legend. Love the phone, loved the service. A++ for Dimitri—thank you!
