  Showed up at 11:30 when the store is supposed to be open at 11. Door was locked and nobody was inside. Called them too and nobody picked up. I mean what a joke. Probably the guy on the early shift got hungover and slept in. Loser behavior by this store.

  This place absolutely sucks fist lied about the date our new phones would be in then a month later when the phones arrive they tell us they don’t have them in when they have been checked in on their screens. We get a call the next day to pick up the phones and when we get here there’s a sign on the door stating “on break back in an hour” so we go get dinner and came back 2 hours later and buddy is just sitting in the store staring at us an hour before they close with the door locked

  I did a few upgrades on my phone line. The worker there apparently is a newbie who was doing my upgrades. I don't know his name but im pretty sure he is the only black person that works there because I haven't seen another one. He added stuff without my consent and lied about a free upgrade and lied about my brother $800 trade-in when it was only $600. The store manager Ian at this location told me himself that this worker is new but multiple customers has complain. I thought about it and realize how does he accidentally add stuff my lines without asking me? That is lying and stealing to get a commission for that individual himself. I hope the proper disciplinary actions are done.

  I drove 30 minutes to pickup internet equipment, there’s a hand written sign on the door saying “will return, on break” (the store closes in 20 minutes) I knocked and the employee told me to return tomorrow to pickup my equipment even after I told him I drove 30 minutes he insisted just come back tomorrow. I explained I work tomorrow and don’t have time. I told him if I had to wait to get the equipment multiple days I would be better off having the equipment delivered to my home which he agreed I should do.
