Andrew also helped mom to update her plan, convert it to autopay and add me to the account in case anything is needed. It’s been difficult to do things for mom when I live 1000 miles away but Andrew is now like a part of our family. Mom had some questions about the new phones as called Andrew ON HIS DAY OFF and he still took the call! So now we are connected no matter where we are! Definitely run to this Verizon Wireless store. You’ll be in the best most caring and capable hands with Andrew Gonzales!

I told him that the sun was bright out here and the weather is not good because it’s very cold. Could we go and inside and look at what he had to offer. He said that there’s a counter at the door that counts the amount of people that come in and he’s required to sell something if I go in for commission if not he gets in trouble so he has to help me outside on the sidewalk and not allow me inside the store unless I gave him my Social Security number apply for an account then we can go inside and see what was available I thought he was joking. He said absolutely not that I had to talk to him outside. I couldn’t go in the store unless I gave him my Social Security number and open an account. I explained to him that was not a good policy and have a nice day.
