  Earlier this week I received a bill from Cricket for 455$. I came into the verizon store, gave kenton my bill and he beat it by a few hundred dollars. I now I have two iPhones 17s. Will recommend all my family to switch over to verizon. Thank you.

  I just wanna say the patience on Kenton while getting my Transfer Pin and Account to switch over to Verizon was astonishing. Kenton multi-tasking customers while being vigilant and committed. Customer Service 10/10

  Spent time talking to Kenton about my phone bill when He realized he could be saving me a lot more money. Got a new phone bill. I am thankful this Verizon is so close to my home. I am always I'm need of help when it comes to electronics. Kenton was very supportive and make sure my time was well spent!

  I live in Zephyrhills and was in town for a horse show when I dropped my phone down a staircase and shattered it, Kenton helped me get a new Samsung galaxy S25 ultra with my insurance. Kenton had good patience and showed me how to access Asurion on Google. ♡ I appreciate all the help ♡

  After learning that a Verizon rep had removed my Asurion Insurance from my phone plan without my consent just to appease me, showing me what the next ‘lower bill’ would be, INSTEAD of actually correcting the issue itself, I chose to go to a different Verizon store. I was very pleasantly greeted by ‘Kenton’ at the Ocala, Florida Verizon, who spent over a half hour looking into/going through my phone plan with me, finding discrepancies, and offering some possible solutions for continued billing issues, as well as how to reinstate insurance that should’ve never been removed in the first place😬‼️ Kenton was incredibly kind the entire time, answering my million questions with both politeness and honesty that’s often difficult to find nowadays. He’s extremely knowledgeable about his job and has a wonderful disposition with customers whose moods ‘may not be the happiest’ after 13 months of being jerked around by other Verizon employees😉. Kenton goes above and beyond to be helpful and show he cares about resolution, so the customer doesn’t feel like a bother or ‘just another number’. He is VERY deserving of recognition as a highly valued employee, and hopefully is compensated accordingly. I’d greatly recommend Kenton to anyone stopping by the Ocala Verizon.
