I don't think he could have shown more disinterested if he tried! We literally walked out in disgust. I strongly suggest going to another location... preferably an actual Verizon store.

Nothing but me in holidays ties and suits and although there was only 1 person in there the other 4 employees were not busy - they acted as if assisting me was like pulling the short straw . Once he did , he told me he couldn’t help me with that - only the main store could . All the way on the other side of town. 0 stars . Extremely unhelpful employees , rude and I would cancel my services with Verizon because of them if I didn’t need to keep my number.
