Was lied to was told only had to pay taxes on phones but was charged for set up on both Roger who was doing it lied about being charged wouldn’t give a receipt he text me next day and asked how I liked phone. I text back asked for the receipt cause was complaining to customer service. I sent four text in two days with no response. Went back to store cause it what I was told by customer service he wasn’t there dealt with a Joshua and he lied to me and said when I told him cs said to have Roger put in notes about activation charges to call and Joesph said he couldn’t they get repermanded he said he put in notes that customer wanted charges removed. Found out it was a lie he never put anything in notes I asked for manager was told name was Joe but wasn’t there today another lie. Then asked about the charges he laugh be aware if you are getting a new phone they charge 60 dollars to set it up and don’t tell you. Then found out another issue Roger who didn’t know what he was doing and who lied not only charged me for extra charges cause was told only had to pay for tax on phones. He didn’t close out one of the lines on T-Mobile account and now now only did I pay extra money that shouldn’t I have a 140 dollar charge from T-Mobile cause he didn’t close out line when wife wanted new number since we moved from Tn back to Fl and didn’t want to keep Tn number. We did all on Dec 16 cause new bill started on 17 and would not have a bill from T-Mobile. But because he didn’t close out line it stayed on account and have double bills and when you call to complain you get manager not there Roger not there so sent another text to Roger with still no response So if you are looking to switch to Verizon don’t use this store!!!!!!!!
