They will put you in the queue to talk to someone you’ll wait and hour and they will hand you the customer service phone number and say they can’t help you in store. AWFUL. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.
- JBjim brewerJan 1, 20261.0Very poor customer service. Before we were ever checked in was told nothing could be done to help. My wife and I both have a Verizon Acct. Under our decent spouse. I had been in twice trying to switch acct. Into my name and both time was told they had done it. Both times it failed. Third visit was told it can't be done at store had to do on phone with Verizon support. Support said the couldn't that would have to go to store and open new acct. and transfer number to new acct. That old acct. would go away without a number tied to it. So back to store fourth time and was told no way they can do anything to help. That support was wrong and they can't help. By now so feed up with Verizon. Long story short we went to Verizon store out Hwy 200 out by Top Of World to franchise store. With in a short time James M. said he could help fix our issue. In closing when you deal with people that really don't care about the customer this is the service you get. And when you deal with someone that understand the only reason they have a job is to service the customer your results are greatly changed. Take it for what is worth. Jim Brewer
