After I ended up waiting over 20 minutes while they fixed their iPad, I was told I needed $140! This is for an existing plan and I wasn't getting the top of the line phone either. They don't tell you this and waste your time. They know your phone needs to be replaced after you've had it for 5 years. To top it off, I walk out ( Because I was not expecting to have to pay $140 to replace my phone, then another $119 when the bill is due in a couple weeks) to some ignorant person ( their customer base) who parked so close to my vehicle that I had to crawl over the console from the passenger side to get in. This all goes to show that Verizon doesn't care about their customers, especially long term ones. After 8 years, I'll be switching providers to T-Mobile most likely. This is the cherry on top of a long list of issues.

After waiting an hour, I was handed off between two associates one who made me feel like I was an annoyance for being in the store, and one of whom seemed new—and was ultimately told they couldn’t assist me because I wasn’t a manager on the account. No one attempted to contact the account owner or offer any solution. The lack of effort and customer care was unacceptable. I pay a premium to stay with Verizon, yet this experience made me seriously question whether my loyalty and money are better spent elsewhere—especially if other companies value their customers enough to actually help them.
