- JLJames LambertSep 29, 20243.0We switched from Verizon to Cricket and are saving about $80.00 a month. The store itself only provides a retail presence which enabled us to switch and we kept our old phones. Even though they were able to provide the necessary sim / e-sim support for the switch,there is no support available at the store itself. Our signal at our primary residence varies significantly , we were dropping calls,unable to send pics etc. That's when I stopped back by the store looking for tech support,and found out you have to use the app or chat. Used the chat and their tech helped me reset the network settings on my phone. Tried calling the # provided and call wouldn't connect and same for calling 611. Not real impressed !
