They leave you in the dark on a repair for for an iPhone for two weeks don’t offer an update and when you call for one no one can give you and answer . Do not recommend

We ordered a gas range from Best Buy in Ocala, FL. The order process went well. They gave us a delivery date of 2/9 to arrive between 1-5. We'll, it is now after 7pm and no sign of them. Called Customer Service and got put thru to Home Services at an off-site location which took a long time getting back to us and then said they tried to call the driver but couldn't get thru. Called several times and spoke to several people telling us the same thing. No way to speak to a manager or supervisor. My husband took out our old range himself earlier today to make it easier for the drivers. I have been sick and need my prescription picked up by my husband who was going to pick it up but planned do it after the delivery. Our community has a front gate that closes at 8pm. No idea if they are coming or not. Needless to say, I won't be ordering appliances from Best Buy ever again!
The off-site customer service just called after 8:00 saying they can't deliver til Thursday! We canceled the order.

I made an appointment days in advance and took time off of work just to be told my laptop was 2 months passed the five year window to order parts. Of course they don't want to tell you that before the appointment so they can try to sell you a new device. Such a waste of time.
