    Longest wait time. Came in 10 minutes early and left an hour late. I had an appointment and just needed to drop something off to send to apple. If you can avoid using geek squad in Ocala I suggest you do because the wait and time to get the drop off done is not worth the stress.

    Do not come here for apple support. Waited 45 min with appointment. Better off driving to an actual Apple Store or doing it online only. Avoid this nursing home. Never seen 20 people over the age of 80 waiting for apple support. Total waste of time.

    Best buy is not what it used to be, mostly an appliance store now. This particular location has a little of everything, but no movies or music and limited selection of anything other than TVs, appliances, and cell phones. They don't stock things like Samsung smart watches. You're better off looking up specs and reviews and then ordering direct from manufacturer or Amazon.

    It would be nice to work there. A lot of things there are pretty expensive, but eye-catching. I wish I had enough money to get the Nintendo Switch 2.

    Excellent store , staff was really friendly and young very thorough. The only thing I don’t like about it is they didn’t offer me a veterans discount or a senior citizen discount and I think they should. Every little bit helps and today’s society.
