  I went to the physical store of Cricket today, and I had a phone line with them for over two years, which is now closed. Since my phone was tied to an eSIM, it’s currently inactive. I wanted to try it with other carriers, but Cricket won’t unlock it for me. They’re asking for the passcode and security questions, both of which I’ve forgotten. When I asked if they could help me unlock it in person, they said no, I need to provide the answers or the passcode. I’m frustrated because I’m physically present, and they still won’t help. Is there any way I can take action against them?

  Very nice disposition I like the lady working here. She was very patient while I was being forgetful never felt like she was rushing me. Every cricket store should have her attitude I appreciate it.
