While we were fixing that problem he asked if we stilled used our hot spot. Informed us of a better option, a router that would work better for our RV. After explaining how it would be better for our situation I asked him if they had a deal for getting my husband a better phone than the one he had. Preston helped us out with getting him a great phone and we left a very happy and great full couple. Thank you Preston you were great.
